Key Responsibilities

As part of a passionate, cross-disciplinary indie team, you'll play a key role in designing and implementing engaging and complex multiplayer mechanics that bring players together in dynamic and unpredictable ways. You'll be responsible for building robust networking features using Photon Fusion, Coherence, or other suitable multiplayer frameworks to ensure seamless, low-latency gameplay experiences. Your work will focus on supporting our physics-heavy, chaotic game world, developing systems that can handle fast-paced interactions and real-time synchronization across players.
You'll also create intuitive and fun player interaction systems, including features like item sharing and crowd participation, that enhance cooperative and competitive experiences. Performance optimization will be essential, and you'll ensure our multiplayer systems run smoothly across both PC and handheld platforms. This role requires not only technical expertise but also a collaborative mindset, as you'll work closely with other developers, designers, and artists to bring our unique multiplayer vision to life.
